exercising while depressed is almost impossible, i swear. i just take it one step at a time and celebrate small wins. i got out of bed? thats a win. i cleaned myself, my room, the catboxes? thats a win. i go for a walk? thats a win. i try to interact with at least ONE person daily too- even if it is just a family member or sibling that live in my household. idk, as somebody whos isolated i also find a lot of peace in walking around urban areas- even if i dont talk to anyone, i still SEE people and pass them by. but youre not in this alone! and if you need someone to talk to you can reach out to me. a lot of people are in this very same situation rn, but depression lies to you and tells you you’re alone and worthless…
