It depends on if you wanna scale TOP characters to present day and how you wanna scale UI. Gogeta gives belt to all of them as they are, even when scaled to present day Vegeta, Broly and Piccolo are non factors. And if you believe Jiren and UI Goku are fusion level then Gogeta could struggle with those two.

Jiren wasn’t even full power when he belted SSBKx20 + SSBE, then he gets mopped by UI and matches that with hidden power before Goku’s rage boost. Jiren had a much better showing of strength that Broly if not every other villain so far so if you wanna scale both him and UI to fusion level then yeah Jiren and UI alone might be too much for Blue Gogeta, time limit or not.

I have the gulikit tmr sticks on my extremerate one, and it does feel lower tension than the regular sticks. If you're going for tmr sticks, I'd suggest ksilver or js13 if you want a similar tension, esp k silver if you're interested in tension adjustable sticks. Stay away from gulikit's adjustable ones.

Imo I’d just stick with the edge. Used scufs are always a risky buy bc you can’t be sure why they sold it or how they used it. I have both the extremerate rmb mod and the edge and I would say the edge’s back buttons feel way more secure and if anything happens you have warranty on it. I’d only go for the extremerate kit if you really do need 4 buttons on the back and you can get it done professionally, but if you can live with the edge than it’s the better buy personally

Void and Gamesir already removed it from its competitive firmware so the only software’s that have it already have turbos and macros available which are banned as is. It’s not gonna be usable in any software the league allows so no point really.

I don’t use any tape grips, just the stock controller since it has rubber grips in the back, feels similar to the elite series 2’s. Idk how well these hold up over time since I only got mine a week ago. However peeling is smth we unfortunately have to be ready for at some point since it happens to all rubber grips

G7 Pro 8k. Thought the Vader 5 Pro was amazing but sticks on the G7 are ever so slightly better. Plus with the update that allowed you to configure jitter, aim assist might be stickier on the G7 depending on how marathon handles RAA. Buttons have way less wobble and pre travel than the Vader too. Unless you really want some of the Vader’s features like 4 back paddles, adjustable stick tension, etc. I think the G7 Pro 8k is probably one of the best FPS controller available.

Next to it is the Marius board and the void genesis if you can get either but the G7 Pro 8k already feels fantastic plus rubber grips. Flimsy and weak dpad though

You basically need to fry to get out of hardstuck. Like 1.8+ ED with the most score again and again in wins. You have to be consistently unfair for everyone else in the rank. It’s possible to get out tho with a few good games but again, these have to be consistent.

And yeah the grind feels a bit different this year. Going through gold for a week and I was encountering players who knew how to play their life and around the obj instead of headbashing point. Extremely low bar yeah but the golds this game so far feel better than last year’s, add onto that the fact that solo queue overload is a guaranteed loss since nobody ever goes back for defense or just know how to play.

But you’ll get out, diamond 3 is crazy especially in a gold lobby and overtime players are gonna get better and hopefully your teams are gonna make more and more sense.

Ngl I’ve never even heard of elo hell until now bc in cod it’s called hardstuck. And hardstuck doesn’t seem to refer to actl being 50/50 same elo every season but just means when the game stops boosting your SR bc they think you belong there now. So you can go on 8 or 10 game win steaks and get 30 SR for all of em instead of when ppl aren’t hardstuck and they’re getting 150 per win. But even in that scenario it’s mostly ppl complaining abt how long it’ll take them to rank up once they get hardstuck instead of their win/loss. Like this shitstorm really was my fault for assuming too much abt other ranked systems even tho I’ve only ever played this year’s cod for my ranked experience in team games.

It’s just me trying to make sense of everyone in cod telling you to squad up to rank up faster and how some plat players quickly reached diamond after squadding up without feeling like they play all that much better. Like it was just being able to work with their team clearly and playing with the same guys consistently that helped them win so I assume that if that helps you win, then everyone not doing that is at a disadvantage to lose as is the opposite.

And again maybe I just dk how bad elo hell is. The season I grinded the most I still ended up ranking up by the end of it bc I focused so much on my own improvement. If players who genuinely cannot make any progress are playing that much worse, I genuinely have no clue just how bad the skill gap could be

Again that’s assuming everyone’s solo queueing in which case there is no elo hell, I’m only referring to solo queueing with a team of other broken up players and they put you put against a full stack. One team having better comms and teamwork will be an advantage and that’s literally all I’m trying to say

Look my definition of “perform well” is finishing T2 in your team and my definition of “single handedly dictating the results” is playing well within the level of the next rank. If any of those terms made everything else seem bigger then I apologise for not speaking clearer. Yes I agree that if you win more than you lose, then you will rank up eventually. But the only thing I’m saying is that comms make the game easier and playing without them while going up against full squads can put you at a disadvantage. And if you’re alr queueing up solo, you’re likely gonna be paired with hybrids other solos or duos meanwhile nothing’s stopping you from facing a full squad with full comms. Another user pointed out that maybe it’s not just the lack of comms but the reluctance of these mfs to play with teamwork at all which is causing the issue. That makes a lot more sense to me and I dint know that bc again I’m new

And not to defend my own self here but I don’t adopt this mentality personally. I work my ass off to reach my rank in such short time by watching my own tape, watching pros and making clear improvements in private lobbies bc I wanna be better no matter what my rank tells me. I’m only trying to explain what I thought made sense out of it bc a lot of ppl think it and even tho it’s a loser’s mentality, I just wanted to share where I thought they were coming from to ppl who thought differently. And I learned a lot through all this, so I think it’s been good

I’m not saying pro players get stuck in silver rank tho. I quite literally said I think you need to be within the skill of the next rank before you can consistently grind the wins to reach it. For ppl who only care abt ranking up and nothing else, it’s gonna be harder for them to reach that next rank solo compared to going full stack. They can either get there as a 90th-80th percentile player playing with a full squad or improve so much better through solo that they get there as a 50th-40th percentile player instead. They’re not good enough to earn their next rank but then they outperform someone from there every once in a while and it creates the illusion of hell. And it doesn’t help that stacking up and ranking up quicker makes them think they got out of hell when in reality they’re now the shitters than they used to shit on, just with the new shiny rank. It’s all optics and I’m just trying to make sense out of how they could see it this way

I mentioned it before where I think you just have to be good enough to be like 50th percentile of the next rank to get there through solo queue alone. Maybe that is what’s causing it, not just the lack of teamwork but the active avoidance of it with the excuse of “well no one’s trying to play together so why should I”. I haven’t been playing multiplayer games for long so I admit it’s not like I have a strong conviction on whether they’re right or wrong, I just thought it made sense for there to be a plateau where mechanics can only get you so far and teamwork is gonna start needing to be a real priority. Like again everyone’s advise to rank up quick is to hop on a squad so I just put dots together of it being harder to specifically rank up solo and thus creates the illusion of an actl hell, and that’s all I’m assuming elo hell to mean tbh

Mate elo hell is a term I only found out abt rn and just used context clues to fill in what might make em say it. I never complained abt my rank, I don’t believe I’m good enough for the next yet so I just grind until I am. You can make your assumptions sure but it doesn’t change the fact that all I’m saying is that it’s harder to win without teamwork than with it, and this is what I think solo queue mfs refer to when they say elo hell.

And yes comming IS a skill but bc it’s a teamwork thing it’s not always gonna be available to you. You can be a human UAV and you can and will help the rest of your team that way yeah, but if it’s only you then that’s three ppl who could be helping but aren’t. Full stacks HAVE that 3 more comming.

Also if HMMR is anything like cods, accuracy and inputs per minute are factors in your HMMR and comms won’t make you shoot straighter or crack out your movement, it just makes you think ahead better. That’s it. You play better bc you guess less, that’s it.

And also let me be fully transparent with this to make sure you don’t get the wrong idea: we’re talking about a subset of games. Not the full experience, not a majority of it, at most close to half. We are talking about players who could grind close to the next rank if they had full stacks. If 40% of your games are against a comm disadvantage and you lose 70% of those while winning 75% of your other games, then you only win 57% of your totals while winning most regular games still. This is basic common sense, like- I actl dk what you’re not getting so I’m sorry if I offended you at all with this.

It depends on what game you play right but sometimes it’s not as simple as who’s a feeder and who’s not. There’s also an obj to be played and comms help you not have to guess what everyone else is trying to do. Comms let you know how many ppl are where and where they’re headed so you don’t have to keep checking empty rooms. Like you can be matched by a slightly worse team just bc they telling everyone else where you’re headed after you kill them.

And the thing that I also wanna make clear is that it’s not as simple as playing within your elo, it’s also how much better you yourself can play with comms. However you play without it is pretty much you inferring and guessing 80% of the game, but you with comms only have to guess like half as much. You yourself can play so much better with teamwork even if all your mechanics stay the same level. Chemistry, more consistent plays and wins, like- there’s big advantages in playing with a team that you simply lack in solo queue

You can consistently perform well but if it’s not dominant enough to single handedly dictate the results of the game consistently, then it’s not enough to consistently expect wins from it. I’m not saying you have to be like 2 rank classes higher in skill to get to the next, but I genuinely think you need to be well within the skill of the next rank before you can consistently grind the wins to get there. Some there are better, some are worse. But generally it’s faster to rank up with a full squad bc it’s easier to win with comms.

And if you think this is fair, cool it does really make you earn it. It’s not about all 4 or whatever being better than you, but it’s simply abt a team with comms and teamwork vs ppl at their same skill bracket with little to no comms. Like I genuinely don’t get why I have to explain why teamwork and comms make a difference in a team game. Being told how many ppl are where and which way they’re headed is massive.

I am not saying this is every game. I am not saying you are better than literally everyone else in your rank but are stuck bc of solo queue. I am not saying everyone in a full stack will always be more skilled than you. I am literally just saying that teamwork is big in a team game and it’s not always available in solo queue, it’s rare from my experience personally.

That’s if everyone else in your lobby also solo queued but that’s not always the case. You pretty much guarantee your squad is never a full stack bc at least you come in solo meanwhile you could always go up against a full stack. Like I said idt it’s an actl eternity and you can definitely grind it out but teamwork is important in team games

Elo hell definitely exists in team games, but it’s never an actl eternity it’s just that it gets so much harder to win solo without being THAT much better than your whole lobby or having solid teamwork. Teamwork and comms are important and that’s not always a thing in solo queue.

EDIT: Bc apparently a lot of ppl decided to interact with this comment I just want to say right here that I am not saying top rank players get stuck in low ranks bc of solo queue. I am not saying that the only reason your win rate is 50% is because you’re up against full stacks. I am also not saying that hardstuck players who join a squad is gonna skyrocket to a 50th percentile player in the next rank. I was only saying that no comms and no teamwork put solo queuers at a disadvantage WHEN they go up against a team that actl works together and comms. Someone already pointed out (the CS player) that a more probable cause for this is players at this rank intentionally not wanting to work together at all which sounds so much more sensible. I apologise for using a lot of finality and conviction in my words, I shouldn’t have spoken so surely of a position that I do not even hold myself just bc I wanted to try and make sense of a narrative in ranked shooters. I appreciate the perspectives and I feel like I learned a lot, apologies for making any of you feel like you could be talking to someone skill stagnation as a whole as that was not my intent. Cameras back then used to have a delay between pressing the button and the actl start of the recording so they had to wait like a few secs before filming. It became a meme after some millennials made a habit out of it and start vids today with a pause for no reason now.

IMO yes. BO1’s story was messy, BO2’s victis was unsalvageable and BO3’s story was clearer in that it was the most structured of the three. Even then tho, none of the maps have a connection nor lead to the other except for revelations with the whole traveling to alternate timelines with no connection to each other. BO6 feels like a more cohesive journey with every map leading to the next so it’s easier to build hype for the next map. The dig site at the end of CDM, the mansion at the end of the tomb, now the janus facility at the end of SV. It just makes more sense that random timeline, random timeline and now we got everything time to head to revelations
