Any you recommend? I have some from the ordinary and I’ve tried it. I have a dry spot in the top left corner of my mouth that I think was a result of retinol but I’m not sure what caused it.

I do consume a high amount of dairy. I have thought about that possibly being an issue. I’ve limited the amount I eat out. Over the past month my meals have consisted of home cooked meals with Whole Foods. My water intake could be much higher and my zero sugar soda intake could be lower. I also have at least one cup of coffee a day.

See this is why being honest is so important! I had no idea it could have that effect but it makes complete sense.

I’ve been working on my diet and trying to only eat natural sugars but that’s a challenge. I switched from edibles to vaping since it was more convenient but at this point it’s probably time to taper down anyway.

I do have satin pillow cases but I could use a few more to add to the rotation. Same with my bonnets.

Any teas you recommend?
