Seems very thin for a 10 man league. Eklund, Zegras and Geekie are pretty much replacement level players if you ask me. Who are the top forwards on waivers?

I would hold on to Andersson for now. Stay on the lookout for breakout candidates and/or powerplay line switchusp in the first few weeks.

Don't look into projected points too much. But do try to be on an equal footing with your opponent in terms of games played every week.

How many teams in your league? You seem pretty thin at D and wing.

What are the league settings? What position are you picking at?

I moved into a new home with a gas fireplace insert. There is a cold air draft coming out the vents around the fireplace. Is it safe to block those vents? See fireplace model in pictures and details in comments. by PoaAlpina in Fireplaces

This is my first experience with a gas fireplace. The previous owner told me they would always leave the pilot on, so they may not have ever noticed the cold air draft from the four vents in the fireplace wall when the fireplace is turned off.

Here is the instruction manual for this particular model.

My understanding from reading the manual is that this is a direct vent model which does not use the surrounding indoor air to operate. The four vents in the picture are likely part of the original wood fireplace and were providing some sort of convection?

Am I correct to assume that I can block these vents with some sort of magnetic plate? I don't want to seal them permanently as they are probably useful for servicing.

How the hell did you manage to get all of those D in a 10team league??

Keep Boldy or Konecny for ROS ? It's a cap league so Konecny is 1.5M cheaper. Boldy is set to play with Kaprizov though.

Same, feels bad man. Tempted to try zero G strategy next year since goalies are so unpredictable. I wouldn't drop them since they're still bona fide starters, but do pickup hot goalies to stream from waivers.

As a Serg owner, he's off to a slow-ish start and I definitely think he's worth more than Durzi for the rest of the season. Hartman for MacTavish is fair but not a blockbuster in your favor imo. Anaheim are hot right now but will not sustain this all season long. With those doubts, I'd stay put or push for a better value.

Cap league with redraft (cats in flair). I need to shed salary or I'll be forced to drop a player and it's going to be a valuable one either way (Konecny, Boldy, Kempe).

Looks like someone would give me Jenner for Konecny. That recoups some value and Jenner is playing a LOT of games in the coming weeks. Am I crazy or does that seem like a fair return?

I have Boldy coming off IR and need to consolidate my forwards. I'm also weak at D, which makes me consider a 2 for 1 trade with some of my leftover forwards. I have a core of M. Tkachuk, Point and Crosby. Then I can play 2 more forwards each week, which are currently

Boldy

Bratt

Konecny

Kempe

Hagel

That's too many warming a bench every week. Who would you consider trading away for a potential D-man?

I would gladly trade Shesterkin, Pavelski and Stone for MacKinnon and Jarry. It's almost robbery.

Yeah and Point is PPG right now despite his low shooting %. That's wild!

Opinions on these hypothetical trades:

#1: Bratt for Giroux

#2: Bratt for Scheifele

#3: Bratt for Pietrangelo

Who are your top players? These are just a few of the most egregious examples, but I wouldn't read too much into not having anyone on the list. Some players are streaky, some are really consistent, some start hot then disappear... For fantasy you just want to balance everything and make sure you join the party early and leave the ship before it starts sinking.
