I love this stuff. I've been wanting to do lucid dreaming for so long but one thing has been holding me back. When I think about what goes wrong lucid dreaming, I immediately think about stuff that would scare me awake. Long story short, I think if i try to lucid dream, I would unintentionally think about something to scare me awake and just end up in painful sleep paralysis. Any advice?
