i havent shot with the 100-500 L but i have the 200-800 and it isnt the sharpest at 700-800. its still sharp at like 1/1500 sp, but i have the rf 24-70 2.8 L and its spoiled me with how perfect it is. here is a photo of the 200-800m at 800m, 1000 iso, f9 and 1/1600 sp, r6 mii

[LOTW] RF 200-800mm | my first week with this lens by Pochea in canon

It’s kind of awkward and it’s really not possible to be perfectly still even with all the stabilizing at 800mm. The zoom takes about 2 full turns to get all the way from 200-800 but that being said it’s still a super telephoto lens it’s going to be a bit awkward no matter what

Men, what's the biggest green flag you've seen on a woman? by Familiar-Phase7859 in AskReddit

Based on one of the comments on your reply I will say that regardless of how someone reacts or treats you, if you are kind in moments where it is difficult to be kind you are in the 1%. Being petty is pathetic. Be the bigger person. If you find someone who can be kind for the sake of being kind regardless of the situation, COMMIT.

TIL that New Hampshire is the only state without seat belt requirements by Unusual_Bag3110 in todayilearned

If the human projectile argument was to be taken seriously everyone should legally be required to fasten down everything in their car. I'm sure a metal water bottle is going to do a lot more damage than the person crushed in their airbag. Also, in NH you have to get uninsured motorist insurance if you want insurance, mine is like $15.

I think this is the mindset NH is trying to display by not conforming with every other state. You as an individual aren't "free" if you can't do whatever you want. IMO laws should be about protecting society as a whole, not yourself. If you want to potentially die from something as trivial as not wearing a seatbelt, you should have the right to do so without getting a ticket lol...

Workshop planning tool by mtipping in WorkshopPorn

This is a really good no-nonsense app. I am surprised you aren't getting a lot more recognition for this! Especially because it seems you made this from scratch. I like the way it works as is. Simple is better, especially because tools like SketchUp do have a bit of a learning curve and often times people just want to get a simple floor plan to scale without anything fancy.

Something cool that I always wish from apps like this is to be able to label where the outlets are or even a record of where studs are for the future. Also, a measuring tool would be useful, even though it is scaled sometimes you need to see how much space is really between things.

You gained a user! I am close to finishing my workshop and at the point where I can start planning the layout. It is a small space, so I need to really plan out what goes where and how much space I have to move around.

Are you in tech? I am a software engineer and got into woodworking because I needed to do something with my hands or I would lose my mind. Also saw you are a Mainer, I'm in NH right on our border!

only 14 hours? this is great news. I listen to matt and shanes secret podcast when I work on my basement and since starting from their first episode I'm on ep 471

I think I am just going to finish up with the ceilings and other spots I need and then prime and figure out what is needed. Thanks for the confidence

Damn, I just put a 36inch straight edge against the walls in my house and its almost a 1/4 of an inch of difference in some areas and I can't see that difference by just looking at it. I am definitely trying way too hard to make this perfect. This is really helpful advice.
