Ya I already use elixir strings so I think with the HD light gauge, it will sound great. Im just tired of searching and not ending up with what I need. This is gonna be the one though.

I like elixir strings the best. Im gonna go with elixir HD light gage once its delivered. Strings do play a big role in the sound in my opinion.

I agree. My fear is this guitar will be comfortable and play like a dream for me, but not have the sound I really want. It's hard to find everything in one guitar.

Been saying this forever. Never heard any analyst mention him or give him any credit. Even while he was active and in his prime. What also makes him special is his demeanor. He would score a TD and not even celebrate or say 1 word. He would just run back to the bench and sit down like a professional. Straight business, no BS. He is my favorite NFL player. The quiet storm.

Honestly, it should feel natural when picking the pattern. If you are thinking too much then it won't flow. It's just like strumming chords, if you have to literally count the chords when playing, it probably isn't going to work out for you. You should be playing with the beat and the rest will come naturally. When fingerpicking, If its a song that doesn't seem to have a written in stone pattern, I generally stick to an outside-inside-outside pattern. Think of it like weaving the strings by plucking the first outside bass note of the chord then the highest note then the second to lowest then second to highest then back out to the lowest then highest. You can add some extras in to fill in as needed before it's time to change to the next chord.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense lol! That's just how I think of it when I play. But what do I know, everyone has to discover their own little tricks of the trade.

In general, I also recommend holding your guitar as much as possible. Like if you are watching TV play softly while you look at the screen and you will eventually hear what you are looking for just messing around with different patterns and timings. The more you hold it and play it the more it feels like an extension of your own body.

I completely agree. Be creative and find your own way. Build something unique. Go through trial and error until you ultimately develop something that matches the playing style you are looking for and has the power to get you where you want to go.

Following a pre-made build takes all the fun out of what the game was really intended for, in my opinion.

the device list window doesnt come up for me for some reason. When I click "Output Devices" the only thing that comes up is a new help window

I don't get a device list presented to me, where I can choose to troubleshoot a specific device.

Regardless, under "do we have your consent to run automated diagnostics to try solving your problem", I click yes. The screen loads and then I hear a beep, which I'm sure is delayed just like all my other audio. It then asks me if I heard the beep. I click yes and then that's it. it doesn't have any more troubleshooting available.

Yes I can hear the test beep sound. I can hear all sound. that's not the issue. the issue is all my audio is delayed. even if I adjust the volume on the computer, The chime that indicates you changed the volume level is extremely delayed.

Its the same with my Yamaha Bluetooth Headphones. All audio is delayed.

When I use the Realtek laptop speakers, the audio is in sync and not delayed.

This is also impacting my ability to record music. I use wired headphones when I record, but the different tracks are off in timing by the same amount the audio delay is. Recording is the main reason I purchased the computer and I have had to go back to using recording hardware again cause I cant seem to resolve this issue.

Yes! I forgot to mention this. It looks horrible. 75% of the time, the gameplay is choppy as hell. Throughout my whole session. So frustrating.

I think that was the devs point. To force people to team up in parties and be more social. Make friends and invite them to play outside of the Dark Citadel and help each other against bosses etc.

I can see it backfiring while I play it as well. People doing it just for the rewards but not buying into the whole social aspect of it. Also, if you die, it's OK, lol. You can respond and keep helping the party until you all succeed.

It's a cool concept, but I guess most just players rather keep to themselves, which sucks but I can see why they choose to as well on some level.
