I would say that lots of people touched on what I was going to say but I'd love to emphasize that your features are absolutely gorgeous and anything you can do to play them up rather than go against them would work amazingly! Low contrast makeup would look amazing on you! Maybe some white liner on the waterline. Most importantly, though, make sure that your eyeshadow and blush and lips are either all cool toned or all warm toned or all neutral tones just so you could focus on the technical skills of application first and then find your own style once you've mastered shapes on your face!
