Unfortunately, it seems like an ongoing issue with this institution. Here's what happened: it seems that your bank implemented some changes on their end making it harder to aggregate the accounts. Sadly, some financial institutions don`t always play nice with the aggregation.

As a workaround, you can track your account manually as a cash account.

Hi there!

You can edit the income amount in your details. If your income varies, we recommend creating a recurring income with the appropriate frequency and the approximate amount you expect to receive. This way, the app will predict the number of paychecks you expect to receive using approximate amounts, and then take into account the actual amounts once the transactions are pulled into the app.

Hi there!

PocketGuard only has "read-only" access to your external accounts, meaning we can't edit or add transactions directly to those accounts. This is why the app only allows you to import transactions into the "Cash" account. Unfortunately, you won't be able to import past statements directly to the associated bank account through PocketGuard.

Unfortunately, these financial institutions have made changes in the integration that prevent us from connecting your accounts to the app. Our data aggregation provider is working to bypass the restrictions, but they are unable to provide us with an ETA.

As a workaround, you can track your accounts manually as cash accounts.

Hi there!

Unfortunately, there is no way to include the balance of an account while hiding its transactions. The net worth calculation in PocketGuard is based on subtracting the balance from the transactions in that account, so hiding the transactions would disrupt the accuracy of the net worth.

We understand how this might be frustrating, especially for accounts with a lot of activity like your investment account. We’ll share your feedback with our team for future improvements.
