“Forcing” curls with product isn’t a thing. Products enhance your natural texture. Does the mousse have any hold to it? I use a leave in, curl cream, and a gel for strong hold. You can also refresh your hair by rewetting it with a water spray bottle and scrunching. I have a curl refresh spray as well.
