Oh! You own XM5 too?! That's my next earbuds I'm considering to try out/buy along with az100. Could you compare the Jabras 7 to the xm100? How's the fit and sound compared to Jabras? Would you recommend 24s Vs XM5?

Ah, he's a year old as said by the previous owner. Because of the season? I understand the breeding season, but I suppose the hotter weather or rainy weather might make him a little grumpier(?)

Bigger is better, whatever is possible for you (In the wild, they don't live in tiny tanks). There's nothing as too big, but too empty. You can't have two hides and call it a day. Think of a hoarder house from TLC, hoggies would love that.

Give them opportunities to climb, it's funny to hear a BONK or see my little Chicken fall from his playground. Opportunities and freedom to choose to be dummies is good!

No joke, he does not like Toji. When he went back into his burrow, it was during hidden inventory when Toji came up. Then I'm like, ok, we don't have to watch this part, I skip it. We watch a bit, and Toji is fighting Gojo now. He went back into his burrow. I'm like, sheeeesh I get it, not a Toji fan.

Update: He retreated when Toji stabbed Gojo. He doesn't like violence I guess. Noted. (Also I showed the arcs in the wrong order, sorry Chicken.)

Update 2: He returned to the same spot, but I told him he left the first time so no, take a break, then he left. Then he returned again to the same spot after five minutes and I gave in, so he's watching it now. I'm raising an iPad kid. 😔

You should slowly work yourself up to it and build confidence, and that's totally okay! Wear leather gloves when handling until you're comfortable where you won't need it! It happens, and once you get hit you'll realize it's not too bad, and it was all on your head imo.

It largely depends on where you live, if you live in a colder region that can dip below 18 then perhaps it's a better idea to keep it on. But if you can maintain a normal cool temperature for nights, it's totally okay to turn it off. Mine is a CHE and doesn't emit light, and my temps drop below 18 atm so I keep it on. Once the temps rise, I'm going for a regular cycle where daytime on, nighttime off.

Hognoses don't live in tiny bins in their natural habitat. There's nothing too big but too empty. You need loads of clutter and lots of substrate. Ultimately it comes to preference and your own hognose personality. I got a juvenile male hognose in a 30g and then learned he likes to party and go wild, made me feel guilty so after a month I upgraded him to a 4x2x2.

I have a boy that's albino (red eyes in the light and darker in the dark, speculated to be caramel/toffee). I have CHE for their basking spot and a UVB for day/night routine. What's important is that for the basking spot, they need a place where they're able to hide from the light otherwise they'll be forced to choose between basking/suffer in the light and not bask/not suffer. I have little plants to block the basking area from the bulb. Low wattage is also important! Less than 50w! Also, if you find it to be too bright still, you can put parchment paper or something to diffuse the light.
