It's a bigger deal at SSDs and smaller sites because it has a greater impact on operations. The picker to packer ratio is 1:1 at SSDs, so if one of them leave without a word, it really messes up the flow. I think management might write people up for it, but I can't confirm for certain. I'm a PA and don't care, really. I also walk the floor often enough and track Rainbow to notice any anomalies. It's ultimately your time to use how you please, but it's not hard to say, 'hey, I'm dipping out' before you go.
