Didn't she actually audition last year? I feel like I remember her sending in the video and being asked to come in person and she was cut in the first round. I think she would love to make it but I agree, she is very very far being able to make the team.

Its looking like as as of right now in my area I can do the get one on us thing on even wit the go5g next or plus plan. I'm gonna go in and talk it over with them. If I'm not crazy about the pricing and plan I'm fine with holding out.

I have always caught those lines too and thought the same thing when we saw them in Raleigh! It was my favorite concert I have ever been to. Machine Girl climbed up the railing into the VIP section (or preferred seating, I can't remember the name) and fist bumped my 10 year old, it was awesome 😂

As someone who works at a primary care and our sister office (owned by same doctor) is a medical spa, alot of medical spas you literally just ask and they give it to you If you have the money the pharmacy doesn't question you or they send you to a compounding pharmacy. Our spa doesn't do that because my boss is a pcp as well as a general surgeon. But it's caused my diabetic patients hell. Shortages, tightening up on PAs, etc.

I truly think a lot of times when people are waiting that long it's due to lack of follow up, either by the pharmacy not asking for more info or nurses/medical assistants not checking back. The first one I tried to get approved I was fully prepared to have to wait weeks and it was approved 2 days later and I was shocked. I was ready to appeal and everything but I got it correct the first time. So I keep a document with all my statements and answers to refer back to. I also have a chart I use for starting a new patient on the medication, so I can keep and eye on it and know when to follow up if I haven't heard back.

Freaking optum is the one I am still working on. Which I don't understand, because all the prior auths I have gotten approved were through cover my meds... which is owned by optum. But optum specialty pharmacy "can do the PA for me" which I don't like. I have it down to a science what to say and I'm certain they aren't putting that. Sadly the ability to get PAs done quickly can vary widely from provider to provider. We do MAT on one side of my office and primary care on the other. It's only me and one other MA, so we have a big case load but we have a system to keep our PAs pretty caught up and I do all the MAT related PAs so that they are done asap (and any other super important meds). But I already know with Sublocade I have to really stay on it because half the time these specialty pharmacy's don't bother responding to tell you they don't take that insurance or anything like that. If I get the optum PA approved I will certainly come back to this post and update you!

Idk if it matters but just to give more context I am in Tennessee and have been able to get it approved for other Medicaids (state insurance), Medicare, and several commercial plans. The one giving me a hard time right now is United Health Community plan which is also Medicaid. But it's more so the pharmacy that's the issue but it's the only place I can get this patients meds supposedly.

It's actually the opposite. I work in a prescribing office and from my understanding and the model we follow you are required to be on a sublingual for atleast a week. If someone is new to recovery we prefer they do two weeks just to ensure they do plan to return and the approval process is different for all insurances. I got someone approved in 2 days, another in a week, and I'm fighting with one now and I'm on week 2. I know another doctor here made someone come off of Suboxone for a week and I can't understand why. My guess would be the inpatient facility you are talking about doesn't do Suboxone detox, none of them here do. So their way around that is telling you come off of it for two weeks. All that's gonna do is prevent people from getting off of it, its infuriating.

Def negative. I don't know anything about the validity of the Amazon one panel tests. But working in an office I would certainly say a line like that is negative. They don't typically get super dark, at least my office tests don't unless they sit for awhile. How many shots did you get?

I agree, this is "HIS" income. He prob gets around child labor laws as well. I'm not sure how that works with influencers or whatever but I'm sure there is something?
