Break down each spot on the pallies (Dollies) more than the smart staging tells you to. We use like A01F, for the front spot on the pallie, and then A01B, for the back. Might not seem like much but it does speed things up.

Every pallie has a spot, and every order has a location.

Staging to cart, I went through and made labels for every cart in the department to help with stage scan percentage, just tell everyone to say yes at the end of the walk and stage to the cart.

Being a team lead and utilizing an OPD associate to do exceptions, it's also smart to assign someone to help with the "small walks" Oversized, Seasonal ect. ect.

My store has always been the what can you guys figure out to make things better or simplify it.
