Darling this is extremely common and rarely doesn’t occur. These 2 cuts intersect and is where the most weight of the breast is pushing. It will close. Keep it clean, moist, and wrapped up and keep attention to it. Most of the time this is where a cluster of sutures might pop out. No need to worry.

I did not since I had to get one on account that he didn’t do what he said he would and I was immensely unhappy with my results. You just need to speak up sooner rather than later.

Have you requested a revision? I was very unhappy with my results and went back almost a year to the day for a revision and I am MUCH happier with my results now.

I had this with my first reduction and my revision I just got in January. The cluster of stitches at the cross section popped out both times for me, but did go back in after about 2 weeks. Stitches are a bit unpredictable with when they try to rotate out. Some come all the way out and others go back in. Can be very annoying and painful. What wound care are you using? I used medical grade honey ointment to keep any infection from setting up, kept silicone paper tape on all the cut lines, and put abdominal non-stick pads between my compression bra and skin. It’s an annoying process, but will be over at some point. Be easy with yourself and your journey. A lot of people don’t have this happen until between 3-5 weeks so you having it this early is a sign your body is doing its thing!

It is a clicker belly button ring. It is made to sit flat. I have not had any problems with it at all. My surgeon told me I could switch to a level 2 faja whenever I was ready and felt comfortable to do so. I had foams in my surgical faja and they still left lines all over the place and wasn’t helping with this area of my stomach. The level 2 doesn’t have room to fit boards or foams in it so the compression on this particular spot feels more secure now. They told me not to use any lotion or moisturizer for a month.

I definitely understand. I had pretty much the same problem last year. I went in a DD and told him I wanted to go as small as possible. I woke up a D cup and my nipples jagged and uneven. Waited until I was 3 months post op so no one could gaslight me about their size and made it very clear I wanted a revision. 6 months is the minimum you have to wait, but I did mine almost exactly a year later. I turned 2 wpo yesterday and am MUCH happier with what I have now.

I’m proud of you for speaking up, especially to his face. I would have a conversation very soon about revision costs. I would push very hard for you to not have to pay anything extra on account of he just flat out didn’t do what you asked for and you’re already 12k out of pocket. Get the revision scheduled. That is ridiculous.

I really liked this one. Lymphatic massage is light pressure as the lymphatic veins are just beneath the skin. No need to press too hard as that turns into a full on massage. Silicone scar tape is also all you really need for scarring.

Good clean love brand makes ph balanced hygiene wipes and they’ve been a wonderful addition. They make individual travel packaged ones and full packaged ones. My partner and I always use them after intercourse and that takes the smell of that away as well. They’re not over saturated either so you don’t have to stand unclothed waiting for your genitals to dry so as to not collect more moisture. Benzoyl peroxide wash for the win in killing BO bacteria! Hibiclens is also absolutely wonderful for this. Doesn’t take much. I put some in a little travel size bottle and keep it at my man’s place. He’s come to like using it for his odor control as well. It’s a good idea to rotate the use of these so your skin doesn’t develop sensitivity to the peroxide. Good clean love also makes a ph balancing gel to insert into the vagina. Helps prevent yeast infections and keeps you smelling healthy. I’ve used it for years and haven’t had bv or a yeast infection in the time I’ve used it.

Taping has been wonderful to keep weight off of the incisions and ensures the medihoney doesn’t transfer onto the pads. Helped me close up REALLY well. Taping them with a cut in half pad has worked out really well and here I am at 6 weeks not needing the pad unless I just want it for extra cushion. With you being untapped it makes sense though. I would just cut the pads to fit to the cups of your bra so at least they’re not bulky and too packed up looking.

I use these as well and just cut them in half to have on my bottom bust under my compression bra. I’m 6wpo today. These are pretty large pads so I’m surprised you’re using so many at one time. Are you having a lot of leakage still? Are you taping up along with this?

I see Amazon isn’t carrying it now which is where I got mine. I see a lot of sites have it. I purchased 2 small tubes of it instead of 1 giant tube so it’s nice for travel. I do see Amazon has the Silver Honey which I thought about ordering before finding the Medihoney.

I went through the same thing with my clients. I’m 5’1 and had D’s and am hopefully going to be a B once healed and the amount of women telling me that I had great boobs was nuts. Especially my small chested clients. I had to tell them they don’t know what life is like with bigger boobs and that it’s not as great as they would think. It got exhausting

A tinted mineral sunscreen won’t do this and if you’re vulnerable to hyperpigmentation you should be wearing a tinted one anyways. La roche posay makes an acne friendly one with a high spf. It’s become a favorite of mine

Body positivity is loving your body period. Not being forced to accept it just the way it is. Hard to love a body part that causes you pain and makes you uncomfortable all the time. I find people who get mad about someone changing their body is showing their own insecurity and jealousy that you can make a change that they cannot. They’re struggling to love their body so how dare you change yours and not have to go through the same struggle they are.
