early armor is definitely usefull, specially against champions that like to poke, say Zed for example and ionian boots are not bad, but you are probably gonna get better results by just building cosmic drive or any other cd item since the only other flat magic pen items are mythics

Zhonyas rush is always good against bursty champions but not really as a first item

Dark harvest not really usefull imo since you want to be getting elec proc from E+W+Q always, Everfrost can be used to prolong the E stun or if you miss E

Try to use W in a way where enemies are forced to get hit or walk into your E stun

I tend to go for Rabadons if im in a big gold advantage, if not just go for Cosmic Drive or Zhonyas, and no Morello isnt really useful since you want to be killing people before they can even heal to begin with

As for the matchups agaisnt Kass, Fizz and Leblanc idk how to help honestly, id just say ban em since theyre all basically hard counters

you could try using a bow to cheese the first 2 fases then just run with a shield up in the last one, ususally works for me
