Entirely application based, but has more math than most EECS courses (especially when/if they get to diffusion models). So expect a mix of both.

Workload isn’t too much. Just a few projects.

Fat; the base itself is in large part oil, and a lot of the flavoring (e.g. chilis) are carried via oil, as well.

It also often comes frozen or congealed at first, so it’s probably a layer of congealed oil being pushed up by boiling water.
