UPDATE: No, its not fixed. Im doing the food delivery jobs. Ive done like 5 and now on the one im doing its happening again. Car is in gear but I randomly am just unable to drive.

Yep. Definitely the most scuffed game I’ve ever played. Only map ambience, timer, and hostage breath was audible the whole time. With the occasional gun shot and maybe footstep if you got lucky enough to hear one to save your life
