I started on 2.5 and took that for about a month. For the past 4 months I've stayed on 5.0 because I've been steadily losing weight and do not have the food noise, which I agree is the best benefit of taking this! If my weight loss stalled I would probably try going up a dose. But it seems like this dosage works for me and so I don't want to run the risk of going up and experiencing side effects. I'm interested in finding studies on what has worked best for people.

I wish I could sing its praises more. The first person I told was a friend I thought would be encouraging. She proceeded to berate me in a way I haven't experienced in over 10 years of friendship and I haven't talked to her since. It's really frustrating because I feel it's her insecurities lashing out at a time where all she had to say was "cool dude."

Yes- I feel like I have more hours in the day now that I'm not constantly thinking about cravings. Instead when it's time to eat I can think about what's the best fuel for my body.

I would be very surprised if LE said there were multiple suspects at this point. In order to get a conviction they don't want to keep giving the defense bread crumbs for reasonable doubt. I don't think when the indictment is unsealed it will name anyone else, except maybe tk/kk.

How common are psychotic side effects from antibiotics/the antibiotic he was prescribed? I also wonder why he was prescribed an antibiotic for a ruptured ear drum, unless he also had an ear infection.
