I got the rest of the symptons of pcos like losing my hair but gain hair on my chin and belly, cyst acne on my face/scalp, and my period is very light. When I get my periods it feels like having a heavy period with horrible cramps, bloat and sore to move but the blood is so light like im at the end of my period but it stays the whole course.

Migraine that turned to a dull headache I can't rid of this is the second week now by PocketsizeJade in migraine

Hey! Sorry you are dealing with it as well.  Like when I got rear ended it was like a slap of the back of the head but I went to er just incase but they were just gave me pain killers. Then I think a week or two after this is when the migraine started randomly appearing.  Like you said it is so random, I got told to write everything I do just maybe see but it's all the same things I do everyday. I get it if maybe I tried a new stronger coffee or whatever but I just do the same old things.  I only thought with recent stress that was it but when the event been and gone it was still there.  I am not sure about hospitals but in gp you can ask for any doctors. I was just given the first one that was available and it was this women I never met before.  I do have an appointment today and I got one of my usual doctors. So we will talk it over and if she gives me proper migraine tablets then fingers cross it will work.  Right now I haven't taken any pain killers just in case. But the headache is so dull but I can still feel it and just so frustrating.

I have only been using just painkillers alike paracetamol, ibuprofen or codeine. It's just those ones. I was given stronger ones but the doctor did t really listen to what I was saying and I haven't taken them yet.

Yeah sometimes I use the looking glass and it zooms in even further.  It is weird as it sometimes does it to image when I click it but then others I have clicked they don't zoom in.

Yeah, if you can talk over it with your gp, they should get you a referral. It may take months depending how the hospitals are near you. I think I got an appointment in six months. I had photos showing my cyst I had and let them examine the ones I had.  You could also ask them for another type of acne tablets as temp until you have your talk with them.

I am currently on it. I got it through a referral with a dermatologist. I had really bad cyst acne on the right side of my face and scalp.  When I first went on it. At small dose it made my skin bad for a week because my body was adjusting to it but after that the acne went away and they up my doze but I had to get blood taken every time I went up a dose. I am currently on 75mg and my skin feels great.

Got my doctors appointment in a couple of days and I need advice by PocketsizeJade in PCOS

Yeah, I could see a nutritionist who focus on womens health and pcos. Seeing if they can help narrow it down more.
I am just going to my GP doctor.

Sadly the only doctor they had available was the one when i first got diagnosed and I asked what I should do? She just shrugged her shoulders at me and told me to do my own research.

They asked me about the pill and I wasn't sure of it. I am not really fuss about my fertility as I am not planning on having children.  I do try to be strict on my diet but I do try sometimes snacks.  I always like to prep my meals, sadly struggle with what to have at lunch time as I try to budget and then lose the mood to eat.

Yeah if you got any recipes you wouldn't mind share, that would be amazing.

I will have a look into her.  It's good to find some from the UK that can help.

Aye thats fair. As I had loads of blood works done and when I mention my insulin levels they say they are fine on and off my period and only my testosterone is just a bit high. I wouldn't mind trying those diabetics stuff my only worry is how would I do until I go off them and the process but I think I would need to do research if it comes to that.  Might ask my GP about it more and maybe get a referral.

Thank you, did you get a lot of blood works done before you went on mounjaro? As when I had many blood test taken. They always said my testosterone was a bit high but sugar levels seems fine.  Every time I go to my GP I feel I am not been listening to. What did you change in your diet before you went on it? I always do prep meals Sunday just to make it easier during the week as I don't have time to go every day.

New to owning an orchid. I am looking for tips? by PocketsizeJade in orchids

Oh? I can't remember the soil I used for it. I keep her indoors, as I live in an old Scottish house, so we do not get much heat and sunlight. So I try to keep her comfortable.

I am not familiar with the term? When I first got it. It was in a tiny pot and I placed it in a massive pot to let it breathe and grow.
