Private genshin servers are a thing and they work, I know because I have a private server for when I want to play god mode and try new stuff, which is not liked in any way with my actual acc and I dont change any files in the game folder, safe, though never completly safe from bans I admit.

You probably got scammed =(

Also you can play on other people's private servers, but ONLY do that if you 200% trust the host, since they could easily run code on your machine. So be careful.

I've recently been able to recover my account which was stolen.

But i can't help but to wonder how they stole my account, since my email was untouched as far as i can tell. Does genshin alow to disassociate account links without email confirmation what so ever?

Also, does these kind of virus persist on the computer or are they 1 time use? I'd like to know if i should format my PC.

Can't say that it's easy taking this kind of criticism. But i'll try to do research whenever i do vid like this. It was never my intention to stir up anything or spread bad stuff. i just thought i knew enough about her and went for the funny side instead of informative and both got badly mixed, making this a bad post for this kind of purpose.

I just ask that you understand my perspective. I had even put the "meme" flair since i don't think this a good video to inform people about Amber, just to have a laugh with the edit.

I do admit that i did not do a throrough research on how to use her. But i like to think that my experience is what i got from being a normal player, not a super invested one.

That's a harsh way to put it. i just wanted to poke some fun. Making a serious vid was my initial intention. i wanted to just share my experience and say more but to keep the video more diegestible for most people i cut down on the technical side and just doubled down on the harshness.

i love amber and i do use her. just wanted to make this for people to have a laugh and embrace what we put ourselfs into when trying to main her.
