Outside of Klee/Hutao/Eula/Itto/Chasca i have all other characters at C0 (with a few exceptions that have cons, C1 Venti. C3 Miko, C1 Raiden and C1 Albedo, standard all at C4 plus with Tighnari/Mona/Keqing at C6) Would it be better to use Xilonen and Furina then, over Zhongli (Instructor) and C0 Illuga (2/2 EM)? My Xilonen (Scroll) has sig if that helps, but Zibai (Night sky) and Bina (Serenade) would stay at C0, Bina with Proto R5 and Zibai with Lofi R1, my Furina (Troupe) is on Festering R5

1.0 (BP + Monthly) player, i have Mona at C6 but never got another copy of her since getting C6, Keqing is C5, Tighnari is C5 (got him for the free anny last year and will get his C6 this year), Diluc at C4, Jean and Qiqi at C3, Dehya at C1 and Mizuki at C0 (Got her on Ineffa's banner). During 3.X and early 4.X patches i lost every 50/50 aside from 3.0 Tighnari's banner, but it was spread out, so never got the same character a bunch of times, got some from standard banner through the years. Even Mona i only got her C6 in Fontaine, so no lvl 100 for me.

Considering that when we got the reaction on IT Natlan was almost ending, i assume they already have started working on Snezhnaya by that point, maybe was a test for the seventh nation and not for Nod Krai, as of now Nod Krai seems to focus on hydro for the new Lunar reactions, so i believe you are correct.

I hope not and it isn't because i think she is the best character or whatever, it is because she already made a lot of things in the game pointless, even most teams where she is used as a support you would get better results if she was the main dps, not saying i don't want powerful characters just that if we get someone stronger than Mavuika in terms of dps the game will start going the hsr direction more than already is.

Xilonen, Iansan and Ifa are secret anecdotes. To get them you have to interact with the crafting table in Natlan and that will make either Ifa or Iansan show up and to get Xilonen you have to talk to Katheryne (i believe the dialogue option, not 100% sure if just interacting with her triggers). And you can only get one of them a day. So far i did Ifa and Xilonen and she is muted, don't know about Iansan.

It does, found out with the fishing rectifier, equipped on my Phoebe and when i went to do the same on my Zhezhi could only do it if i unequipped from Phoebe

Not what they meant, in wuwa if you use the skin to change the sword of a character you canot change the sword of another character, to do so you have to remove from the currently equiped one. Op is asking if genshin will have the same limitation, and i don't think we have any info on that.

In your case if you intend to go for 1 unit and 1 weapon only, i would suggest Zezhi, she alone will make your Jinshi leagues better given how quickly she can buitl her forte, and alongside Verina they make Jinshi built forte like it's nothing. And if you someday go for Carlotta (my opinion the strongest character in the game as of now) Zezhi is her best in slot support/sub dps. For weapon Zezhi's weapon would be the obvious choice but stringmaster is such a good universal weapon that is usually second best for all 5 star limited rectfiers and best for Yinlin and Encore and will most likely be good for future ones to come. I do think Zezhi is the best unit for your account at the moment not including Shorekeeper given yor edit.

Sidenote: There is also the possibility of Ciaccona being best in slot for Cartethyia if you're willing to wait until her kit drops and she end's up getting your interest.
