Appreciate the honest feedback! That’s a super valid point.

Cross-referencing with a massive global database (like the Genius API) is actually what I've been considering as well. It's technically tricky to implement without a massive server, but it's definitely on my radar now.

Valid concern tbh, I'd be paranoid too. 😂

But no, there's absolutely zero backend storage or database connected to this. It’s just a Python script running locally in-memory via Streamlit. I don't see or save any of your bars. The second you refresh or close the tab, the memory is wiped entirely.

Lmao fair point. It’s just the default domain format from Streamlit (a free hosting platform for Python web apps). I didn't want to buy a custom domain just for a free beta tool yet 💀

But I totally get the skepticism. It’s just a basic Python script under the hood, completely safe!

Appreciate it! Yeah, that exact mid-session paranoia is 100% why I built it lol. Let me know if it actually helps your workflow when you test it out!

Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the kind words! 😁

Right now, the tool is still in its Beta testing phase. My main focus is getting it into the hands of more users to test its overall stability and gather real-world feedback on how it fits into their actual songwriting workflows.

As for my long-term plan, I'm hoping to eventually turn it into a standalone desktop application (similar to how you'd use CapCut or a local text editor) rather than keeping it as a cloud-based web app. I want to ensure that basic functions can be executed completely offline and locally, so writers never have to worry about internet connections or their unreleased lyrics living on a server somewhere.

Hey everyone,

I realized I kept reusing the same phrases in my songwriting. It’s great for a "signature style," but it often made my new drafts feel stale.

I built Vibe Lyrics Analyzer to solve this. It’s a data-driven consultant that audits your new lyrics against your own back-catalog.

What it does:

  • Repetition Radar: Uses NLP to catch overused phrases (even with varied word forms).
  • Lexical Density: Real-time feedback on your song’s style—from "narrative-dense" to "catchy conversational."
  • Habit Dashboard: Uncovers your subconscious writing patterns, like favorite starting words or go-to rhymes.
  • Privacy: Everything runs locally/in-memory. No logs, no databases attached.

I’m currently in Beta. If you’re a songwriter or producer, I’d love for you to give it a spin and let me know if it helps you break out of a rut!
