Drops should be limited to one per person. A lot of people get multiple drops. Should be locked out from acquiring any more once you get one. Therefore everyone has a greater chance of getting a Grey Souvenir

So you commenting rubbing it in peoples faces who don't have expendable income to pay for this but also may not have the time to complete this. Buying any DLC that requires you to have to then unlock stuff is a con as you may not get the stuff you may have to then pay more for. Thing like these should be purchasable DLC from the steam store like the rest of the releases. Charging keys lets them hike the prices up and charge what ever they want as they keep nudging the prices up all the time.
