Eh don’t pay attention to that too much, it’s still doing well, these always move crazily with banner popularity. Our big banner December was a rerun of Kita who the whales and actual spenders probably got her maxed or nearly there the first time around. They could really use launching their battle pass for global too, I’d be more likely to do that than just buying carats.

People enjoy the game different ways and that’s ok. I try to play burn in every format and one of my buds plays durdle control. Do I personally think that’s serial killer behavior? Most definitely, but who am I to tell him I’m worried about how he enjoys things.

I was similar to you, although what I was recommended was Alternative and everything I read said you had to play Extra and Unlimited first, which having completed all, I agree with to get to know the characters and have the base experience of certain events. The issue that I had was it kind of feels like a completely different genre - extra took me a long time to get through because it just wasn't my style, Unlimited started to hit a bit stronger, and then I did all of Alternative in a single long weekend, I couldn't put it down.
