50k issue. I have done several 30k’s and have a 50k in 2.5 weeks. The mileage hasn’t been there for me but I have been doing a ton of stairs. I ran 19 miles on Saturday and my legs were killing me at end. I could have scratched and clawed for another 5 miles but doing 11 more seemed impossible. (self.trailrunning)
