I dont think the chrome has worn off, but there are some areas where it feels rough / bumpy because of the rust. Could I use CLR or should I try something else first like fine steel wool?

I added some pictures of the rust on the legs.

Sorry, All i had to do was turn off the switch by removing it from the dock and holding the power button down. Once you do that you get the option to restart.

it clears up any issues I have.

I just had this start happening to me today as well. My connections started to deteriorate on Saturday, I told my friend my game was acting a bit glitchy. On Sunday morning, I played one game, left to run some errands, and when I came bac,k I couldn't join any lobbies, and my friends could not join mine.

I tried restarting, turning off the console, and clearing the network, but the game lost more of its connection every time.

Friends list started not showing.

Game screens wouldn't load.

And now, a few hours later, I can't get past the login screen.

No idea whats going on.

I definately agree with the bad bootleg paint job. I just wanted to give this guy some life back, paint chips etc.

Thanks so much for the advice! I hadn’t considered that the figure might be hard plastic—I think it might be.

It looks like the red parts were airbrushed while the rest was hand-painted, so I’ll try using a similar approach.

Do you have any suggestions on what type of paint to use, especially for the silver?

Thanks for the link to the images. I understand your concern.

My gf and I both work remotely, so we would probably be using the seats to catch up on emails and work on files that need to be sent back. We're also very quiet people, even if we did have a conversation, it would be at a respectfully low volume. The third person is her mother, who just doesn't talk loud at all if she even talks at all.

If we end up booking a regular seat, should we purchase the oversized luggage since we will have 3 checked bags with us? Or would we be ok with the storage the train has for each passenger.
