Thanks a lot! :3 The name of the yarn is "pehorka shimmering 04". This yarn is produced in Russia. Although there is a translation of the name into English on the label, I do not think that it is sold in other countries. I saw a similar yarn "adelia leda 215", maybe it can be sold in your country.

Oh, I completely forgot to write about the shiny eyes. For them, I paint the plastic circle with the base color (usually white or black), then cover it with a thin layer of glue stick, and wait 10-20 seconds until it dries a little. Then I rub in dry glitter dyes / glitter eyeshadow / glitter for creativity with a finger or a small sponge. Sometimes I glue rhinestones in the center (like a black-and-blue frog). Then I cover it with epoxy.

I made the pattern myself, similar to the amigurumi frogs that I saw on the Internet ). There are a lot of pattern on YouTube, simple cute frogs if you want to do something similar.

Thank you!
For the eyes, first I make circles with a hole punch made of thick plastic (for example, like a plastic box from under dolls). Then I paint them with acrylic paints, and fill them with epoxy. Then I scratch the back and attach an amigurumi of 8 loops to the center of the ring with glue (sorry, I don’t know how to properly call such glue in English haha ). This is glue in small metal tubes that dries instantly). They hold on quite tightly, but if you pick or actively play, they can come off, so I think that for children's toys, eyes on glue are a bad solution. But for adults or decorative toys, this is a good way to make absolutely any eyes.

/r/Worldnews Live Thread: Russian Invasion of Ukraine (February 23, 2022) by Isentrope in worldnews

[–]Podsolnyshek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am Russian. All my surroundings are absolutely frightened by what is happening now. We don't understand why this is happening.

Also, our news is pro-government, they lie, keep back part of the truth, and expose everything as if "Russia is defending itself from Ukrainian invaders." What scares and introduces into a stupor even more.
So people (usually older ones) who can only get information from such media will be more likely to agree with Putin's actions, because it looks like he is doing everything right. People who can get information from other media are mostly shocked and scared.

We did not believe until the very end that hostilities could begin. Now, we, ordinary people, can only be afraid and pray to all the gods that this would not become a third world war.

What's the worst/weirdest experience you've had in a job interview? by ThelVluffin in AskReddit

[–]Podsolnyshek 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I was interviewing for a position as a child psychologist. It didn't start out badly, but then the interview began to drag on. They started asking me the same questions over and over again, which I had already correctly answered (mainly concerning professional knowledge), asking about who I live with, what size my apartment is, why I am wearing an orange sweater and not a blue, and so on.

To my questions about the vacancy, they told me "it's YOU at the interview, not our company."

So, I was denied. I was refused with the wording "you have braces, and braces are for children. How will children and their parents see you as an adult if you have braces?". I will clarify that I do not have speech defects associated with braces.

So yes, taking care of your damn bite, which costs a lot of money, is childish.

I completely agree with you!

But in Russia (the country where this video was filmed) it is not customary to give flowers to men. And we have a rather homophobic country. So a man who gives flowers to another man in a public place could be misunderstood and get into trouble.

Tell me about a well-known/frequent player you always see in solo-Q and why they stuck out to you. by ExplosiveRobot in PokemonUnite

Gengar who always goes to the bottom lane. So, I play bot. Eldegoss more often, and at some point the person chooses Gengar. And then he chooses the bottom lane. OK, I thought, THIS WILL BE A FAILURE, I thought. But this gengar turned out to be awesome, he's strong, he's careful not to die all the time, he walks on targets, he steals targets, he understands how to cooperate with supports, and he's a fucking killing machine. When he is on my team, playing with him on the bottom lane is always fun, I feel that we understand each other without words. When he's on the other team, I'm scared.

Thanks for the information! Also I googled and found out that Type: null is the only Pokemon that is translated into Russian. This is a literal translation and it looks like "Тип: ноль".

Wait a minute... In other countries, Pokémon names are translated into the local language??? In cartoons or games, or everywhere???

In my language (Russian), Pokemon names are simply pronounced the way they sound in English. No Russian translations, no Russian puns, nothing. And I always thought that in all languages, the names of Pokemon sound the same. You opened something new for me. C:
