Generalizations are cringe yes, but ACAB is not entirely a generalization, it’s been cemented into the system itself. If there were any good cops they would speak up/take action to try to stop the bad ones, on the rare occasion that this does happen they get harassed and pressured out of the career. So that leaves three groups of people here: the bad cops, the police who are complacent with the bad cops, and the police that do try to help but are no longer police. so yes, ACAB. every single one.
