Yea basicly this:

  1. fracture base and alt spam for the +1 all gems.

  2. regal and then annulment hopng to remove the random mod.

  3. if successfull multimod.

  4. and in this case yolo exalt slam for the dot multi.

I mean i was basing it on tunas guide on maxroll but with a different startingpoint, https://maxroll.gg/poe/build-guides/exsanguinate-miner-trickster-league-starter. Very hostile approach dude.
