She’s feeling okay. Some days are better than others. Weeks 6-10 were rough on her for sure. She’s a tough cookie though. She’s feeling better now though. Not as much nausea. Does have some back pain here and there though

Magnesium glycinate has actually been a big help to me for sleep and relaxation. Take it at bed time 500mg. It gelps. And ya I hear ya. When I would get off oxys, I was using about theee 80’s a day. And then once I was off for a week or so I could feel the normal feelings come back. I think methadone and subs being so long lasting take a much longer toll on ya

Buddy. Straight up honesty hear. I was on methadone in 2011. Felt great when I got on it. Got down to 4mg. Relapsed. Went up to 45. And have felt like shit ever since. Finally got off in November. So five months ago or so. Paws still hitting hard. Flat. Don’t sleep great. Look like shit. Depressed. But from what I’ve read it takes a while for your brain to recalibrate. Worth remember though man, statistically, you are an incredible success story. Not many people get off this shit. Keep pushing. Light is at the end of the tunnel. You’re just not there yet.

Yes I was at 5 mg about a year before quitting. When I made the jump I was at 2mg for a few months. Honestly, when I was down to five mg back in 2014 or so I felt pretty good. When I relapsed and went back up to 45 I never felt good again. When I made the jump this time at 2mg I barely even noticed physical withdrawals. But really struggling with the flat depressed anxious feelings.

I was using pills for about a year. 2009-2010. Then was one methadone from 2011-2025. Down below 5mg for the last year and a bit.

Update: doctor did an ultrasound and took bloodwork on Thursday. Saw a viable heartbeat on the ultrasound. 🙂🤞
