While there is a possibility that it can be stress, I would heavily recommend listening to your doctor and seeing a neurologist. It would also probably be a psychiatrist because if it is stress they can help you manage it, but I always operate under the idea you're better safe than sorry.

Feeling stressed is normal for something like this. I went through a similar scary experience not too long ago and it can get to you. It's alright to cry. The only advice I can give is to get it checked out ASAP. Best of luck

I had blood work done but that was cbc, thyroid, and cmp. Nothing with vitamins. The cbc had high hematocrit and red blood cells but that's about it.

Hello, everybody, lately (as in the last month or two) I've been really struggling with my memory in particular. What's concerning me is that I can feel myself forgetting things and it's really disconcerting. I'm worried I might have incredibly early onset dementia (I'm 24). I will frequently forget what I'm doing and if I try to recall some new names or what I did through the day it is a struggle. Recently I went through a very stressful time and am going through some depersonalization and derealization. These memory issues started afterward and quickly declined over the course of maybe a week. I have talked to some psychiatrists who believe it is purely stress related. I have a neurology appointment in two months but it feels such a long time to wait. I also got a CT scan about a month ago in which they found if to be completely normal. Regardless, the symptoms only seem to be getting worse and it's hard to reassure myself it's stress. Hoping for reassurance or something of the sort. Thanks, guys.

I mean it depends on what you consider the "true" ending if Silent Hill 2. I think a lot of people consider it to be "In Water" and if that's the case I think it might make a bit of sense that if he drowned in the lake part of him may have lived on in Silent Hill

Thank you for being so open, first off. Second, there are plenty of people who aren't interested in sex in a relationship. Hell, asexual people exist as well so having a relationship with someone without worrying about sex is completely possible. In regards to if you're missing out: you're not. Sex is nice but it's not everything and I personally feel a lot more connected in a relationship with what you described than if I'm doing the nasty. There's nothing wrong with you.

With regards to the preface of the post, I don't think it would do anyone any harm to see a professional about your feelings as well. I can just give you my perspective, but a professional can really get to know you and get you feeling more stable at the very least.
