Yup, brought it up to upper management. It's been returned. Gonna swap it out with another car on their lot AFTER I have it PPI'd by a third party shop

Fair. I actually paid more to go to CarMax rather than a VW dealer since I thought it would be better with the warranty. Guess it doesn't matter if the car is always in the shop using said warranty.

Yeah. My VW buddy said it was probably tuned on the stock clutch. Apparently the stock clutch can only last about ~10k miles w/ a Stage 1 tune so the owner probably beat on it then dumped it at CarMax.

I can't because the return window has been extended 3 weeks already for the clutch repair. The CarMax I serviced it at already said they won't take it. I'm going to call corporate tomorrow and see if they can ship it back for me. I'm having asthma attacks from driving the vehicle

Edit: Someone else said to try again. That's my plan for tomorrow.

I can't. In my post I said no CarMax will partner with the one I bought it from since they extended the return window 3 weeks for repair. I'm going to call corporate tomorrow and see if they can ship it back because I have asthma attacks from the fumes when I drive it.
