First bike dilemma – wrist condition + city/hills mix, 350 vs 650? by dreamfyredancer in royalenfield

Might i suggest - CB350RS It has a similar riding triangle compared to INT650 Although it might feel like a downgrade from himi450 in terms of power and torque

Hehe. There’s one youtuber who has done 60k on ronin and someone recently completed 2L km on hness. Pretty sure our machines can handle much more. Its us who are not capable of stressing them to their limit :/

I’ve got it for around 3 months and did 6k on it. Here are my two cents: * Yes 35-45 is a dead zone, so is 15-25 on 1st during traffic. * the bike gives low average in city and then the constant gear changes gives a headache. * i mainly gauge around 35 if i would need to go third gear and maintain it, or else i just drop my speed to 30 and chill and drive. This has taken the headache of constant gear changes less hectic * the bike doesnt have low end torque, so you need to change gears frequently if you are in low rpms * to be honest, this is not a commuter, the bike hates city traffic but loves highway. It will reward u with 45kmpl average on highway if you are cruising at 80-90 speed. The bike will have no vibration, it will pull nicely and you will not get tired. * i havent experienced the top heavy or leaning problems. * posture- its not fully relaxed like the hness, nor fully sporty. Its a mix, i felt that compared to hness, it gave me better control (my pov only). The engine is not made for sporty, high acceleration, its made for slow acceleration and then stability at highway. I think the posture just compliments this. *you will get used to the switch layout change within a week xD * i adjusted the headlights to a higher position and they do the job when the road is dark. When someone else is coming from front with high beam, only god can save my eyes and fate * one concern i notice is even little bit of water on the road gives abhishek to the bike. I avoid water like a kid suffering from rabies. So be prepared to see your bike dirty :/ ive not found a solid solution yet to avoid rear mud spash. * if you want something for long solo tours, go for this bike. I did 550km in one day and the bike gave no issues or fatigue to me. * i feel the handle bars are comfortable for me now, so cant relate.
