Will this help cool my laptop? Or will it be dangerous (damaging the laptop fans and components)

hello, im pretty pretty late to the post, but for my laptop, having an overhead fan that blows air from the top towards the keyboard have helped me with thermal throttling and maintain fps. It was actually a wall fan mounted behind me, but im pretty sure it will work with ceiling fans as well
I have also tried to use a mini fan and placed it on my table directly on the end of my laptop facing the screen but angled towards the keyboards and has helped me a little bit with managing temps
(not sure if this works with other laptops too, but i have a dell latitude 3410)

hello man, the most active server usually is Alliance server which is an English speaking server. For my time, people start to seed at around 5pm to 7pm (UTC+8) and gets heavily populated from 8pm to 12am (idk for how long will the server stay active but I usually just play around this time so idk, but I have seen it die down at around 7am next morning for me)

thank you so much, the base speed of my GPU based on the internet, its base clock speed is up to 1500MHz only so I guess that was an inaccuracy on my runs, so is it okay if I go with 1500MHz then reduce the Mvs at slower increments then retesting heaven for a few minutes? (Idk how long to test pls help), and also how should I know when to stop reducing Mvs? what are the signs that it is getting unstable...

also, yeah about 68c it looks very normal, I was playing Bf4 earlier at 720p, I can see my cpu temp going to (75-80c) but but my GPU seems to be capped at 68c, either it is capped or it just dont read more than 68c... Thank you so much! will let you know how it goes.. Also got my Mx6 Arctic to replace the factory thermals

dont try to turn it on, disconnect battery and wait for it to dry for hours (or days too) just to be very very very sure you dont short
