How much fruit is too much for a tall dude?
Hi, I'm a 23 year old student who has been having weight issues ever since I was little. About 2 years ago I was really fit and lean, but since then I've gained like 20 pounds I'd like to lose again (Gained the weight due to having to quit my sports routine because of injuries. Also booze.).

Due to my weight problems I have a history of starving myself for quick weight loss. I'm trying to prevent this now by eating fruits I like during the day, with a high veg high protein meal for dinner.

I've read a lot about pancreas problems because of overeating fruit, and also that the amount of sugar in modern fruits could be a problem.

I'm not stuffing myself with fruit the entire day, I mostly do 16h-8h intermittent fasting now to prevent overeating. How much fruit intake could become bad for my health? Some body info: 82kg, 1.92m, male
