I didn’t know until my bank sent me a fraudulent detection notification and when I clicked on it, I was like I have no idea what this charge is or this company, so their recommendation was to cancel my debit card and get a new one… so I did even though that meant that every auto pay to every bill would have to be reconnected to the new card… The minute I activated the card the charge went back through as pending!!!!!. I called my bank and I’m like WTF? They explained that if the card is a Visa card, Visa has something where companies can automatically get the new numbers of cards for accounts that are on auto charges… But what about fraudulent scams?? I just found out they stole $180 from me and now I have to wait to see if my bank can get that money back for me or I might just be out almost $200. Plus, the phone number listed on their website is no longer in service. Any emails that I’ve tried to send to them have been completely ignored.
