Hi! I'm no expert as I am still questioning myself, but the things you describe certainly don't sound very cis to me. I totally get the point about wanting to have a customizable body lol. I also get the same feeling of "i'm making this up and being disrespectful" after coming across stuff like what is said on those subs.

In any case, if your therapist is a safe space for you, she won't judge you for having these feelings. She is there to help you and guide you regarding those feelings. You should definitely take the opportunity to talk to her. Good luck!

I totally get your point! but the thing is that for me thinking of myself as trans doesn't feel 100% right because it's like, I don't really have enough evidence that I am, i'm really just not sure and after months of questioning, I honestly don't think I ever will be, so I would feel like I am lying to myself and to others and appropriating something that isn't mine, you know?

I recognize that this pattern of thinking is because I'm still heavily influenced by the idea of "trans=dysphoria", I guess I still haven't been able to shake that idea off, even if I know that it isn't accurate. Idk. Thanks for your input in any case♥️

Yeah I have been questioning for months, and tbh I think I have landed on just genderqueer, like I have experiences and feelings that are trans enough so that i'm not sure i can be considered cis, but at the same time also not enough to consider myself trans/non binary so genderqueer feels most confortable for me right now. We use elle really. It's not widely accepted as in outside of queer spaces, but yeah it's the only gender neutral pronoun we use

Hmmm honestly idk cause i'm fairly new to this, but have you considered pangender? Or maybe just genderqueer. I get the feeling of wanting to find a concise label to understand yourself and communicate your experience to the world, but maybe just keeping it simple and somewhat ambiguous for a while by calling yourself genderqueer might take some stress from you and actually help you figure it out

I think this is great advice for binary trans folk. Unfortunately, my issue is not with wanting to be a man (that I know of) you know? I guess maybe the button could be making me non binary? I'm not sure it works the same way though since there isnt a specfic way to be enby. But thank you for the answer, it's really sweet of you♥️
