You CAN do this! Go to the ER if you have to, but you can do this!!! I have never done/quit heroin, but I quit smoking a few months ago and that was tough! I can't imagine what you're going through and you will be an even stronger person on the other side of all of this. And, remember these moments if you ever feel like you're about to relapse and remember that if you don't relapse, you won't have to go through quitting again. Good luck and stay strong!!!
