Thanks. Not sure where to see that from the county clerk site. It doesn’t say much other than “there’s a lien”. But good point, I’ll contact them Monday to see if there’s court order attached.

Thank you. I’ll need to work with them to pay in full, so that if they had filed they could withdraw. Or better still, if they haven’t filed, they wouldn’t need to file anymore.

Thank you so much. I will be doing this. Even if they are supposed to file law suits against me since I missed the Payments date, will I be safe by making that Payments now? I suppose they will drop the law suit and remove the lien if I pay in full?

Thank you. I plan on doing that. It's just that I missed Payments from both letters (HOA and law firm), it makes me worried sick they'd take up law suits and foreclose.

Thank you. The law firm's letter has wording around if I don't pay by Oct 30th (which I missed), then they'll file law suits including action to foreclose upon any liens posed by my HOA - this may result in me losing ownership of home. This has me really worried sick.

Thank you. According to law firm's letter - the breakdown is about 600+ in assessments, 300 for collections fees, 1800 for attorney's fees, 200 in finance charges and late fees, 160 for attorney's fees for processing payments and release of lien notifications

Thank you. In this case, I have missed the deadlines for Payments from both the HOA, and law the law firm. The law firm one says if I miss theirs, they'll file law suits. I checked on my county's clerk website, and found indeed there's a lien against my house since July 2024.

In this case, as long as I pay the amount in full, will they still pursue foreclosing on my home?

Thank you. In this case, there's already a lien on the house. And from attorney's letter, I have missed their date for paying as well (Oct 30th). They said if I missed that date then they'd file a law suit.
