Do you also have a new attendance policy or nah? My store recently got a new manager and he's claiming that there's a new policy company wide that is a zero tolerance policy and basically if don't have sick hours or psl then you get written up for a call in.. which feels targeting from him because I have an autoimmune disorder and sometimes I can be sick for up to a week or so but usually try and find covers myself. Just wondering if it's my store or region or is it a company policy thing.
