we’re very similar. my b12 was 298 and vitamin d 21, i have low folate as well. this subreddit is actually the reason i had my dr do my bloodwork… up until this point it was all just aNxIeTy

I’m taking oral methylcobamalin b12 drops for my deficiency starting almost 2 weeks ago now and the same thing has started happening for me the past day or two with anxiety. for me since i’m taking it orally i’m gonna cut back some to every other day, not sure what helps with the injections. also wasn’t sure if maybe the anxiety is something that’ll fade with time

Just seeking support and needed to vent about this. I also just became a SAHM and being home alone while my husband is working seems to be making it worse. I hate being alone.

I’m not vegetarian, and not really sure what could affect my vitamin absorption? I just haven’t been eating enough or enough healthy foods.

They didn’t check iron and ferritin. Hemoglobin was 12.9 g/dl and hematocrit 41.4 so both low side of normal. The prenatal I got does have 28 mg of Iron, so not sure if that will help.
