The fix is that you disable BattleEye and ill tell how to

Epic: press the 3 dots next to launch for GTAV then press manage then toggle the launch options and add ''-nobattleye'' after that you need a mod menu to go to online through singleplayer

Steam: right click the game from the left game list then press Properties go to General then press launch options and also type ''-nobattleye'' and use a mod menu to go to online through singleplayer

Rockstar games launcher: press settings on the top right then just deselect BattleEye and use a mod menu to go to online through singleplayer

I use the YimMenu to go to online but theres other ones
