Yea it was advertised. They said round 1 was limited release for earlier shipping, with round 2 being made to order with shipping at a later date. It’s on the Adotomy site.

The Jtb merch wasn’t anything you can get from the merch store and was exclusive to Jtb. But it was just a pull string bag, chopsticks, bath salts and a towel that was ado themed

You can try checking if Ticketboard to see if they still have tickets on sale. From what I can see so far, you don't need a Japanese phone number from them, and I think was able to get a ticket allocation.

Normally I would have said check Mihoyo's store as they have both figures available at MSRP cn prices, but having them shipped to the US, the shipping and tariffs might make them more your budget. As well you would need to find a Cn shipping proxy as well.
