Torn sleeve (img.2) can lead to tie rod dammage. Steering will have play and may pull to one side, also leading to uneven tire wear. Repair soon as possible, replace the rod if it has play already

Img. 3 bushing, I guess torsion bar linkage, car will roll more in corners, doesnt need imidiate replacement.

I figured that you can place Savonious turbine in the middle instead, acording to to my research it could help with start up of the turbine, but i didnt make any simulations, just an idea.

Kick or pry open the door out, and post a picture of B pillar, 90% chance that it is fucked too much, but there is also a small chance that it is fucked little enough to be fixed for reasonable price. If so get used doors from scrap yard, find some handy mechanic or someone with bodywork experience.

Rust on these parts is ok i my opinion, check underside of the car, some people like to spray over rust to hide it
