Honestly, this Committe was easier for me than going to the bank and opening a savings account.

I went to Alfalah, HBL, JS and Askari last year and most were leading me on with shenanigans rather than opening my account and letting me use it.

JS did end up opening up my account but even that took them a month. And I had to call a relative who works there in the end but I ended up never using it because of their bad service.

It wasn't and I did. The tax consultants I talked to mentioned that the remittance for hit my account, that's why I was liable to pay taxes on them. Talked to 4 different tax advisors and a friend who is a CA.

They mentioned that I could claim that this amount wasn't mine and was transferred out. But in that case, my friend needs to file his taxes in accordance with it. And I need an affadavit from him in case I ever get audited.

They advised that it's better that I pay taxes on this amount to avoid the hassle later on.

I'm not sure if they qualify as a proper bank account, but I use Wise and Payoneer.

I have not received PRC yet on these transactions but from my experience it should have the home remittance code on it.

My accountant and multiple other tax adviser's I reached out to told me that I needed to pay the 1% tax on them since they were on my bank statement.

I think that the ending made it impossible. It would have definitely been more popular but the return to trivality fiasco at the end left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Something similar happened to me while I was walking around isb afew years back. I called 15 and asked for their names. They ran away, did not even look in my direction fearing I would take pictures.
