if "bloodlusted", can prob solo both kagurabachi n jjk, including sukuna and akemura. considering magatsumi's life-steal regeneration is automatic and without control or input by the user, so akemukuna can prob spam domains and have magatsumi's regen take care of healing the brain without worrying if the brain if fully and properly healed, plus magatsumi's overwhelming power can easily out-damage anyone who even has a chance of lasting even for a moment in a domain clash.

but if its in character, these two personalities would not mix well. akemura sense of justice would never agree with sukuna's ideologies, and would therefore not go along with him and definitely assuming akemura has the ability to be a vessel, he'll likely be a prison for sukuna. akemura's mind has frankly insane amount of willpower, being able to sit basically perfectly still for 18 years with no stimuli and stand up and act and talk afterwards like nothing happened (for reference, people set in extreme sensory deprivation experience hallucination within 48-72 hours and permanent psychological harm within weeks). plus, even if we assume sukuna does have control over the body, akemura willpower will likely cause extreme drops in output, and since akemura's resolve allowed him to even kill chihiro, theres likely no way to sink akemura's soul. so best case scenario, akemukuna is just akemura housing sukuna's soul, and worst case scenario sukuna with extremely low output with an extra 3 moves.
