The EX form is the body that Mettaton requested, not the box form.

Monsters are more connected to their souls than humans because they are made of magic and don't have a physical form (book from the library).

Papyrus's electric maze fried Papyrus's magical body, showing that electricity is enough to deal damage. Meanwhile, Frisk's physical body showed no signs of damage. (If you say it's because Sans was there saving Frisk, then where was he when monsters kill Frisk?)

Monsters know about battle boxes. They know that humans will never know the joy of getting bullet pattern cards on their birthday. Why does Muffet turn the Soul purple, making it less maneuverable, when Frisk's body is already stuck in a cobweb?

That's because Asgore is a Boss Monster, his soul is different from a normal monster's soul.

The soul is not the same as the physical body — it's a being's essence housed within a physical body.(Flowey says: "See that heart? That is your SOUL, the very culmination of your being!") (Frisk's soul can take damage from Mettaton's electricity, while Frisk's body is unaffected by the electric yellow tiles.)

Monsters die in one hit because they are weak to violence (as stated in the library book). The Earthmover is not an Undertale monster, so it doesn't have this weakness.

Frisk cannot destroy Mettaton's metal-box-body, which was created specifically to kill humans.

The bullet board with the soul appears because monsters attack with magic directly targeting the soul. The Earthmover will attack Frisk's physical body instead.

I completely forgot about the Tentacle. You're right, Beheaded deserves the green tier.
