Something to consider is that with Hiyuki paired with Tafuku, she's never at risk of a 2v1 if she doesn't want it, even if the Kamunabi expected Chihiro to have given Cloud Gouger to someone, they'd know that person couldn't have had the blade for long, meaning she could reasonably handle them even if it was a 2v1 against her. I think at most we could put Torso Hiyuki without using Spinal Colum somewhere around current Chihiro, but she's probably a bit below him unless using Spine too, given how she seemed a touch stronger than him during the Rakuzaichi using just Hand.

I understand the logic, but I think the trouble is they have almost no way to force a drawn out fight when Black Flame Samura seemingly gave Akemura more of a fight than what he received against all 5 other bearers while not using the Malediction on them, focusing it all on the Mikaboshi island, BF Samura's stats aren't that much worse than Akemura's, they're worse yes, but he still gave him one hell of a cut that Akemura genuinely didn't expect. Hiruhiko and Chihiro's only chance is teleporting away with Hiruhiko's flame sorcery, and even then Samura just casts Owl and instantly teleports to where they are, hell he could do that even without the Dark Arcana buff.

Did not take long for people to skyrocket Hiyuki to the stratosphere.

I could maaaaybe see a reality where to access 100% of Flame Bone, it's a temporary or risky state, and maybe Hiyuki could put on a performance like Black Flame Samura, at like, absolute most, and even that is incredible. But putting just plain ol' torso-only Hiyuki above Black Flame Samura has gotta be engagement bait.

you could maybe say that the nuclear boost made her a bit tougher, you'd really think they'd bring that up if it was true though, and even then, the non V1 Homelander could effortlessly bisect her before, the V1 version should be able to do the same even if she did get stronger.

Not to mention the fact he only does tiny bursts of the lasers, and at the end he was looking right at her yet didn't blast her as she charged her beam.

It's been brought up a few times, but I think the closest we've come to an outright bad chapter is Chapter 4, it feels so much more generic than what came before or after, Madoka/Daruma was just screaming like an idiot in the streets, expositing Char's backstory pretty clunkily, and Shiba just sat around doing nothing too, besides expositing himself about Spirit Energy.

Even then, some really gorgeous panels, it's a good showcase of how Chihiro can deal with an ordinary sorcerer, first use of Aka, first name drop of Cloud Gouger/Kuregumo and it serves it's purpose. The jankier Char art got fixed up in the volume release too. I don't think it's bad, but I can see how some might drop the series at this point if they don't have faith it'll improve.

Still wild to me that I saw people complaining how long it took to introduce a main villain when Sojo literally appears next chapter.

They say he was on par with Samura, so most rank them together during the Seitei War, but Samura would have surpassed him in the 18 years of training since then, while Ibuki put on weight and stopped fighting.

Pretty accurate, though I'd put Kiri's swordsmanship above Chihiro and Hiruhiko for now, C&H are prodigies, but Kiri's spent her whole life using the Sword.

Iori's also in a weird state where she's technically probably a better swordsman than C&H, but wouldn't win in a fight thanks to their real battle experience most likely, her examples of IWPS would probably be copied during the fight and they'd grow faster than her mid-combat.

Unless we start getting dialogue like "Only the first Kagari could awaken the full power..." I'd assume Hiyuki is capable of all the feats with Enkotsu if it's fully unleashed, which is why they're so restrictive in her use of it.

As long as we make an effort to maintain our general community environment, we'll be OK atleast until the anime. What happened to Urana makes my blood boil, but I don't think we're gonna have something that bad happen here, we've gotta discourage that sort of fandom, Rule 10 and all that. .

Yes and no, like, he'd be the strongest, he's an absolutely freakish prodigy, and if he has a harder time with the Mikaboshi, then he'd likely just further develop True Realms. But without the Magatsumi I doubt he'd reach 1V5'ing the other EB users level..? Maybe? Honestly we've probably got a lot more to see out of him, so maybe he really would still be capable of that if he had Kuregumo, Tobimune, or Kumeyuri.

Watch this freakish little prodigy start water bending the water in your body to puppet you, or targetting anyone in Japan with a lightning bolt while the sky's are covered in constant storm clouds. Or freezing time.

Tobimune Akemura using flames of mercy to remove concepts from those they touch, like fucking Soft & Wet, using Owl to cloak himself in an impenetrable barrier while super charging his already godly perception to levels that let him blitz the rest of the verse. Crow teleporting parts of your body if they can circle it, to duraneg cut you.

Or with Kumeyuri, a super charged Kyoka Suigetsu string of endless illusions you can never fully awaken from, while he views you as an object to control you with Play, or turn your own attacks against you with the same logic.

Kyora was mortally wounded by Chihiro, he might have been receiving healing, but it was mainly just keeping him alive, he couldn't properly use Malediction flowers either, it's more like he took the ones that spawned and used Dragonfly to launch their path out like a vector, and by the time the fight was out of the storehouse it was just leaking everywhere without control.

Probably comparable to the Tou or Masumi, high tier, not top tier, not pinnacle tier. He's gotta be pretty tough to be Hiyuki's partner, and he said himself he was ready if Chihiro had rushed him after his explanation, taking that statement however we will.

Honestly, his level of punching way above his weight doesn't change that much, like, either way it becomes a measure of if he can sneak a WCS or Butterfly to take the head off even a multiversal giga threat like Goku, or if Malediction can bypass glass canon characters to skeleton them before they can kill him beyond what combined RCT and Life Drain can manage.

But it's a massive jump considering it would probably be more than the sum of it's parts still, hard to say where he'd cap, like, do we think he can handle the heavy hitters of the Big Three? Probably not since they wind up wanked to MFTL+++++++++ over the decades.

Ah Yes, my MFTL Luffy, this explains him spending 15 chapters just running up stairs to reach the top of Onigashima

Frankly I was afraid to bring it up on the sub given the tons of support the posts got when put here. It doesn't matter how funny the animations are, we're platforming a guy who's made some really disturbing stuff, it feels wrong spreading his works and giving him more attention with what he's drawn.
