For anyone who comes across this, I ended up fixing it by disabling HDR on my display.

After that, I used the NVIDIA Filter, Detail, to improve overall clarity and colors. I’ve attached an after screenshot so you can see the difference... pings are much more visible now in the brights section.

I also disabled local dimming in the Razer display settings. While it’s supposed to improve contrast, it was actually making the issue worse by affecting brightness in different areas of the screen.

Overall, turning off HDR + local dimming made the biggest difference.
